Classical studies followed by a degree in Electrical Engineering at “La Sapienza” in Rome.
What professional experience was the most impactful to you?
Certainly the professional experience at ERG, during which I experienced first-hand the power of a group that thrives on reciprocal trust; with this assumption and hard work you can achieve any result.
Any advice for those who want to take up with the profession?
The renewable energy sector is particularly attractive and has a high level of appreciation for young people, but the operation of energy production plants, beyond the source, requires a deep level of control and continuous verification of results and a deep technical knowledge of the assets. For these reasons it is always necessary to be curious, keep up to date and have the courage to explore unconventional solutions, relying on a careful analysis of production data. All this with clear objectives in mind.
