Amalia Muollo - Legal & Corporate Affairs
A graduate in Law from the University of Parma and Master in Law and Administrative Process, Amalia Muollo has extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sector, with a deep understanding of the renewable energy market and the related end-to-end process of solar plant development and construction.
Prior to joining EF Solare Italia, she was General Counsel at Tetragreen Energy, an Italian photovoltaic plant development and construction company. Previously, as an administrative lawyer for more than 15 years in leading Italian and international law firms, including Dewey&LeBoeuf and Grimaldi Studio Legale, she assisted, including in court, Italian and foreign clients in the development and construction of infrastructure and renewable energy projects also advising in financing and M&A transactions.
